It was the first ski trip for our daughter. We were unsure about buying ski gear since we weren't sure if she would enjoy skiing. Kitlender was a perfect service. Wide selection of high quality apparel to choose from. Lots of sizes. The kit arrived on time. The clothes fit perfectly and were in great condition. After the trip, we tossed the clothes into the box that they arrived in. Kitlender sends you the return labels and packing tape! Left the box at FedEx. Super convenient. Definitely going to use the service again since we go skiing only once or twice in a season.
I "tested" this service for my 6 year old granddaughter coming to visit me and ski in Vail. Ordering and selecting the size was simple. Everything arrived in perfect condition and in a timely manner. Communication with the KitLender team was well done. Everything needed to return after rental period was included. Process made too easy not to use Kitlender every time our grandchildren visit to ski!
