Everything was included in the kit I needed for my once in a blue moon ski adventure. The coats and boots were stylish and appeared new. I looked good and my gear did, too! They sent labels and instructions for a simple and easy return. I will definitely use again and recommend Kit Lender!
The kit just how my wife was expecting off of her measurements. The jacket fit a tiny bit snug in the midsection, but was totally fine. We had these sent to the local fedex office so it could be held until we arrived at our AirBnB. The kit was plenty warm enough with some base layer underneath. The temps during our stay was 20-30s. during the day.
