When should I expect my delivery?

Deliveries are made by 8 PM prior to your first rental day and may arrive 1-2 days early. We will provide tracking information so you can see when your package is out for delivery. It is a good idea to call your property when you see that it has arrived. We use FedEx as our shipping provider. A signature is not required for delivery. If you have any concerns, call us at 1-888-473-3111 and talk with a real live person in Vermont who’ll be happy to help you out. Heck, we’ll even teach you how to make maple syrup and brew your own beer. (Honestly, we’ll do our best to meet any request you have.)

How do I return my items?

Easy! Follow the simple instructions inside your box for easy returns, which includes suggestions for where to drop it off for pickup.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Not yet. But call us up (1-888-473-3111) and we’ll figure out how to deliver a killer KIT to wherever you’re going for whatever you’re doing.
