[Pants] - Mens - The North Face (Black | Freedom Insulated)

i only go skiing like 4 or 5 times a season and my snowpants had gotten really worn out. i only had one trip left for the season and instead of buying a new pair i figured i would just rent a pair and deal with getting new ones next season. the service was what impressed me the most. i honestly received my snowpants, to my house, the day before i was suppose to fly out to the resort, unfortunately i misjudged sizing so i ended up with pants that didnt fit at all, i was so nervous because i had to leave the next day and now had no pants to use, i contacted kit lender and they were so helpful, they overnighted another pair of pants to my hotel so i could still leave on time and i just picked them up there. i only had to pay shipping i wasnt charged for another pant rental. they had me just ship both pairs back together when i got home. I was so grateful for their help, my mistake almost really screwed my over but kit lender went above and beyond to make sure i had what i needed for my trip.
